You May Not
Post false or fraudulent content
List counterfeit or illegal items
Manipulate prices or shill bid
Harass or threaten other users
Circumvent platform fees
Use automated bots or scrapers
Collect user data improperly
Interfere with platform security
Violate intellectual property

Transaction & Payment Terms
Marketplace Role:
We connect buyers and sellers but are not a party to your transactions.
Platform Role
The Platform serves as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not take possession of items listed for sale, and all transactions are conducted directly between users.
Payment & Fees
Featured Ads
A payment is required to upgrade your advertisement to a Featured listing for higher visibility.
Premium Ads
A payment is required to upgrade your advertisement to a Premium listing for maximum exposure.
No Refund Policy
All payments made for Featured ads, Banner ads, and Premium ads are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Non-Payment:
Failure to pay fees may result in account suspension, listing removal, and legal action.

Intellectual Property Rights
Platform Content
All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Your Content
By posting content on the Platform, you:
Retain full ownership of your original content
Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
Represent that you have all necessary rights to post the content
Accept responsibility for your content and any legal consequences
Warrant that your content doesn't infringe on third-party rights
